Year 5/6 - Miss Norris 2023 - 2024

Welcome to our Year 5/6 class. Of course this is a very special year for our Year 6 children but we will ensure that the Year 5 children are also fully included in all we do. Being some of the oldest pupils in the school, we will expect really high standards of behaviour and conduct. We want the children to be shining examples to everyone else in school. The Year 5 children will benefit from a lovely residential trip to Burwardsley in the autumn term which will be a lovely experience for them. Looking forward to the Christmas Production, we hope to find some hidden talent and we are sure that many of the children in our class will be the stars of the show.

For our Year 6 children, there will be a focus on preparing for SATs after February half term. We will aim to provide as much support as possible without causing unnecessary stress and anxiety to the children.
