Year 5/6 - Miss Grace 2023 - 2024

Welcome to our Year 5/6 class page. This year your children will be supported in class by Miss Grace and Mrs Caiger. We are all looking forward to working with your children in supporting them to become model pupils in our school. We will have high expectations of them all in terms of both academic progress and behaviour and conduct. We hope to develop a really positive climate in which your child will thrive. Year 5 children will have an opportunity to attend a residential trip to Burwardsley in the first term which will be a super experience for them all.

For our Year 6 children, there will be a focus on preparing for SATs after February half term.We aim to provide as much support as possible without causing unnecessary stress and anxiety for the children.

We will work closely throughout the year with Miss Norris who teaches the other Year 5/6 class to ensure all the children benefit from similar experiences and lessons.
