Year 2 2023 - 2024

Welcome to our Year 2 class page. We are really looking forward to working with the Year 2 children again this year and already know them well from last year when they joined us in the afternoons. Our mornings will be spent working mainly on Maths and English skills. For the daily phonics lesson, your child may work with a different teacher depending on their ability and progress throughout the year. Our afternoons will be spent coverning other aspects of the school curriculum.

Please support us by hearing your child read regularly, pracising spellings at home and ensuring your child always has a PE kit in school.
